Out of Band Emission and Low PIM

MCV Microwave offers a series of Out-of-Band Emission (OOBE) and Passive Intermodulation (PIM) Solutions. MCV’s out-of-band-emission solutions include ultra-narrow band cavity filter with sharp roll-off from 335MHz UHF to C-band 5G NR. The Band Reject filters  passes most frequencies unaltered but attenuates those in a specific range to very low levels. It is the opposite of a Band Pass filter that will provide  a very narrow passband with sharp roll off. A Notch filter is a combination of the Band Pass and Band Reject filter. The low PIM interference mitigation cavity filters are an effective solution and range from 350MHz to 3.5GHz.

MCV Microwave is a major supplier of 5G and 4G wireless solutions. The current 5G cellular allocations are highly congested bands so require good filter solutions to deliver the promise. The span of filter solutions for 5G will be more diverse than in the current mobile technology bands. High performance filter technology is required for compatibility in size and performance. MCV provides new technologies ceramic waveguide filters, which are suitable for 5G New Radio (NR) massive MIMO base station applications, and cavity filters.
