Effective January 1, 2026, MCV Microwave East, Inc., doing business as MCV Microwave, a Delaware corporation, and Telonic Berkeley, Inc., a California corporation, have completed a merger agreement and will operate as sister companies.
Together, we now offer ultra-high-Q dielectric materials and resonators, antennas, tunable filters, switched filter banks, high-power cables, connectors, waveguide adapters, solid-state power amplifiers (SSPAs), switches, multichip modules, and subassemblies, with operations and support available on both the East and West Coasts, including Southern California and Delaware.
Marian Liang will serve as Chairwoman for both companies and as President of MCV Microwave East, Inc.
Edward Liang, Ph.D., will continue as Corporate Vice President and CEO of MCV Microwave and Telonic Berkeley, Inc.
Kanak Vaghela will continue in his role as President of Telonic Berkeley, Inc. and Sales Manager of MCV Microwave and Telonic Berkeley Inc.
